Zodiac Epic 2025 takes place September 16th – 18th, 2025.
When should I arrive?
The event opens on Tuesday morning, September 16th, at 8:30am. There are no official events on Monday but check in will be open all day Monday, September 15th.
When should I schedule my flights to arrive in Montreal?
You should plan to arrive into Montreal on Monday, September 15th. It is about a 90 minute shuttle ride to Mont Tremblant. Please factor that into your flight arrival time.
When should I schedule my flight to depart in Montreal?
The event ends on Thursday, September 18th at 5pm. You can fly out of Montreal that evening, however it is a 90 minute shuttle ride to the airport so flights should be no earlier than 9pm. We will be providing shuttles on Friday.
Should I book my flights?
Yes, you can go ahead and book your flights. You will need this information in order to complete registration. Please reference the Travel Guidance on Perseus Connect.
How do we book our hotel room?
The event team will book your room based on the information provided in your registration.
How will I get to Mont Tremblant?
Most attendees will fly into Montreal International Airport. The event team will be arranging travel to and from Montreal to Mont Tremblant. You will need your flight details when you register in order to help facilitate these arrangements.
